Add a "dropdown-menu_capsule" component

Why this is needed: In many screens, the user should be able to switch from 1 entity to another by choosing in a dropdown (that has a limited amount of items) the new entity that he wants to navigate to.

What should be done: Develop a new component or add a variant to the current dropdown.
