Dear all,

We Fujifilm use Zenko CloudServer for Object Archive which is a tape storage system for long-term archiving or back-up of object data. We enhanced CloudServer and Arsenal to support RestoreObject API. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ja_jp/AmazonS3/latest/API/API_RestoreObject.html

We would like to contribute our enhanced code. It seems that I do not have access to push our code. So I attach our code based on 8.2.6 in this issue. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know.
