Not working most of the time

So I've been using the software for about a week now, and most of time it doesn't synchronize the subtitles well (they could be way off). Sometimes it does work correctly, but almost never. I have try changing the settings a bit to try and see if it can be fixed that way, but nothing seems to make it synchronize subtitles correctly.
