Wrong ISO 639-3 code for Czech language

Hello, as it is written in the docs for command line options, the language parameters require ISO 639-3 codes.

I have noticed that for the czech language the program does not recognize the ces ISO 639-3 code as it is listed here. The subsync program only recognizes Czech language by the ISO 639-2B code cze.
