What are the steps to reproduce this issue?
- Start the server
- Players join the server
What happens?
Db error connection occurred, Invalid handle.
What were you expecting to happen?
Any logs, error output, etc.?

Invalid Handle means it either could not establish, or has since lost, its database connection.
This is a small part of a long string of errors, and the starting errors usually come from sbpp_main and will actually tell you why this happened.
Usually its databases.cfg being not setup, wrong details or due to editing its got a broken format.
