SAM changes

Hi there :)

I love your changes to SAM. The search function is quite good.

I'm just wondering if it would be possible or how hard it would be to add the ability to commit achievements based on a timer. For example I want achievement 1 to fire off and commit the change in 4 hours. The next 4:30 minutes, The one after 6 hours.

You could even have it based off the system clock time and date?
