Added random values to the math section

Changes I made

  • Added Math.random to the math section
  • Re-sequences the Q0X class to start from Q01 to Q63 (it was from Q01 to Q62)
  • Q03 is now Math.random
  • The new random section has links to MDN and The python org docs
  • All changes match the format of the existing sight. See gif below:
