On Logseq open - undefined error - is config needed?

ERROR: :plugin.logseq-smartblocks/Toggle Smartblock Inserter Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach')

I am very new to this type of stuff, do I need config anything to prevent this error? Many thanks!
