Quick suggestions

Great work. Loving the plugin. Just a few quick suggestions

a) In dev mode, still cache the files individually with unique name, or add a timestamp as an argument on the end of the file or something . This is just so that users don't need to clear cache to view new versions of the CSS/JS. This is also so people know it works in dev mode. Probably add this to your readme.md (took me a while to figure out that it only worked as expected in non-dev mode).

b) Add to your install instructions: Install the plugin within the admin/plugins area (for noobs like me that didn't realise :) )
