Plug-in for other archiving programs?

I want to ask if it would be possible to make CabMaker as a plug-in for other open-source archiving programs like PeaZip or 7-Zip?

It would be great if the PeaZip would make Cabinet files through CabMaker plug-in.

It would be but is necessary the source code of CabMaker to do that I think....I will share the way how you can do that....👍
