Only 2 of keybindings really work

Somehow after installation (tried reinstall too) I see only 2 keybindings in packages->layoutmanager. For maximise and enlarge pane. Others are not shown in dropdown menu and do not work. They do present in global keybinding list. Resolved this by adding user keybindings same as system ones. image

+1 with this issue, only I can't seem to get any other keybindings working. For example, I've entered the below keybinding for shrink-active-pane and it's still not working.
