Not properly starting up with HA

When I restart HA, e.g. for updates,

The dirigera platform does usually not properly initialize. The entities are all unavailable and only after a manual reload of the integration they again become available.

Confirmed, that this has the same root cause as #159 Thwn I deactivate the second integration, the dirigera platform starts up correctly after home assistant restart.
