Module won't load successfully - Windows 7

hello, I am trying to use the ps1 file via download cradle, when i run the function i get the below error:

PS C:\> Import-ActiveDirectory
Import-Module : System error.
At line:53 char:22
+         Import-Module <<<<  -Assembly $Assembly
