How to link gitlab with redis and postgres in k8s?

I'm deploying gitlab in k8s ,and I wanna know how to store my data in postgres and redis ? What should I write in the yaml?

This project is a docker-compose based project, so kubernetes would be out of scope. I would suggest you look in to https://helm.sh and see github's charts https://docs.gitlab.com/charts. Helm is a great tool for managing and deploying kubernetes configs. :)
