Use bash instead of sh?

Seems like by default the runner uses sh... I was wondering how to switch to bash?

according to https://github.com/ayufan/gitlab-ci-multi-runner#compatibility-chart the default shell is bash.

Might have to do with the image https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/issues/1758.
