**2015-07-22** Gitlab CI `7.13.0` is out. You need to provide configuration parameters `GITLAB_CI_SECRETS_SESSION_KEY_BASE` and `GITLAB_CI_SECRETS_DB_KEY_BASE`. You can generate random values for these variables using `pwgen -Bsv 64`.
