Website's input file allow attribute makes selecting svg impossible

Hey, since some time i am unable to open svg files from mobile Android , i do webdev and had similar issue with my own project by adding allow="image/*" attribute. Depending on the platform svg files become hidden in file selection as "not image type" making it impossible to op to see files with .svg extension.
