repo.saltproject.io is getting removed

The Salt Project Team announced that repo.saltproject.io is going to be replaced with packages.broadcom.com.

This is more than a simple URL replacement. At least for Debian the look-up is broken: https://github.com/saltstack/kitchen-salt/blob/03a438aadf8c73b8e49820d21f44a468e0632901/lib/kitchen/provisioner/install.erb#L64

From now on the link is https://packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/saltproject-deb/ stable main and no longer includes the version and the codename is replaced by stable.
