yum repo configurations are ini files

I don't understand why you "patch" the repo configurations files with file.comment/uncomment.

We should use ini_manage and like this we will also able to change the baseurl in case of a local mirror, and other custom configuration.

Or, we should disable all the repository coming from the RPM and configure separated files with pkgrepo

I will patch on my side, not sure if I should create or not a pull request ?
