I get this too : "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 149.154.175.100:443" @vaxuodem, Do you live in a country that blocked Telegram ? Cuz I do and I tried connecting through a global (windows) socks proxy and a VPN, It still didn't work !
