[Bug] Bookmarks import results in "Failed to allocate" error message

Describe the bug Importing bookmarks.html results in "Failure to allocate" error message

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings -> Data -> Import data from Html file
2. Get error "Failed to allocate a 67125256 byte allocation with l6845568 free bytes and 16MB until OOM, target footprint 268435456, growth limit 268435456"

Expected behavior Expect import to happen without error message
