Looks like some nice utility.
What sort of queries will be made by the webapp when browsing this link structure table?
Clients will have to then make a new query against hbase to get the actual URLs or will they have a bunch cached over on their side?
I edited the summary to remove square brackets around the JIRA number.
Upgrade tests are failing because can't find old binary. This should not be changed in this new patch. Is old binary available in this context? Meantime retrying... maybe I had...

Closing as can't reproduce. Please open new issue is still an issue.
Just to say that as is this PR logs too much... too frequently... otherwise, would be a helpful addition I think; vacuuming is currently opaque.
@BMerliot The PR looks good. Can you rebase on origin/main to fix the build ? I tried to push to this branch but don't have permission. Thanks.
