[Incomplete Documentation] /v3/test-workflow can only used if workflow is disabled

Hello,

Could you clarify in the documentation at https://developer.sailpoint.com/docs/api/v3/test-workflow : the workflow must be disabled in order to use this endpoint.

Otherwise, a 400 error is raised with the message "workflow is enabled but executed as a test workflow."
