Disconnecting the app during safe creation breaks the safe creation process

Description

This particular issue was fixed not long ago, it seems it broke again. While creating a safe the user should be able to disconnect the account and the safe creation process should continue just fine

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Rinkeby
• Env: Dev

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to the app
2. Start the safe creation process
3. Submit the tx
4. During the 6 steps where you have to wait discconect from the safe app

Expected result

The user disconects but the steps keep going until the safe is created

Obtained result

The page shows a loading icon indefinitely
