Create/signing txs with Ledger in safes 1.0.0

Description

Creating a tx or trying to sign (with no execution) cannot be done with a Ledger in a safe 1.0.0. An error in the console is shown

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: Ledger Nano S, but reports in the Ledger X were done as well
• Safe and Environment:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a tx in a safe 1.0.0 with a ledger
2. Try to sign (with no execution) with a ledger in a safe 1.0.0

Expected result

The tx is created The tx signature is recorded

Obtained result

For both cases an error in the console is shown

I suggest we close this as wontfix and ask users of Ledger and Safe 1.0.0 to upgrade. @johannesmoormann wdyt?

@francovenica could you check if it works with MM? If yes, we can close this ticket and suggest upgrading the Safe.

No, even by using the ledger account imported in MM I still get this error
