Follow the `telemetry.enableTelemetry` VS Code setting

VS Code version: 1.79.2 Partial Diff version: 1.4.3

I noticed this extension uses its own telemetry setting, which means there is no way to disable telemetry by flicking a single setting:

Extensions are generally expected to use the built-in telemetry.telemetryLevel setting, so that any extensions you install in the future follow this setting. From a GDPR perspective, this isn't great as the extension's README doesn't inform you that this extension performs telemetry.

Could you make the extension follow telemetry.enableTelemetry and remove the dedicated setting added by this extension? Thanks in advance :slightly_smiling_face:

Can we have this feature ? I urgently need this telemetry to follow vscode settings.
