Ignore join/leave notifications doesn't take effect

WinIRC v1.7.3.0

Set Ignore join/leave messages to yes

Expected behaviour

Messages such as ([email protected]) joined the channel should not appear

Current behaviour

Messages like (luzrodri!~luzrodri@[email protected]) joined the channel &

([email protected]) quit the server: Quit: Leaving

Seems #6 is not working as expected.
