Feature Request: Changing the color of the coverage plot

Hi @ryanlayer @jbelyeu

Greetings!! Is it possible to change the color of the coverage from grey to a color of choice such as blue or maroon? Sometimes we have control and KO experiments and we wish to show the difference in coverage in KO region. I am not sure how easy/ difficult it will be but just wondering if it will be an easy modification or not!!
