help to interpret Samplot for long reads and how to confirm plots for hundreds of variants

Hey Samplot developers, I ran into another question which is about the interpretation of plots. I am working on pacbio and nanopore reads and called structural variants. I found Samplot really cool and helpful. I have some plots line this one an inversion on chrom6, for this plots why there are multiple yellow lines and dashed blue lines (inversions)?

I have several similar plots with extra lines like the plot above.

Also what is the aligned long read on the bottom of the plot?

I appreciate of you could help me understand these. Second question, I have hundreds of SVs and Samplot is very helpful creating plots for each variants, on the other hand checking hundreds of plots for these huge amounts of variants will take lots of time. Is there any way Samplot or any other tool can also validate for example a deletion is really deletion based on what we see in the plot? I really appreciate you response.
