how interpret the output

Hello. I used samplot with long-read sequence of c_elegan and visualized inversion. I don't know how to interpret the red lines in here. what's the difference between red and purple and blue lines in here.

The orange indicates a long read and the color-coding shows what type of structural event the CIGAR operation supports. Blue is an inverted alignment, dark grey is a deletion, and red is a duplication.
