Feature Request: Open Workbench in Sidebar

It would be very helpful if the workbench could be opened by default in the sidebar—or at least if there could be a toggle for such an option. I realize that, because it's just a markdown file, it can be pinned in the sidebar. But it can't be invoked in the sidebar with a hotkey, so far as I know.

Being able to automatically open the workbench in the sidebar and see as blocks are added to it would be a terrific value add, since I primarily use the workbench to gather materials from other notes for outlining purposes.
