Palm shield not working properly
Sometimes nothing gets written if you stand your hand at the shield and you try
to write at the same time. This normally happens if you touch with your palm on
the screen before touching with the stylus.. Other times a straight line is
drawn involuntarily.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Writing normally.... The straight lines may also be easily reproduced by
tapping several times rapidly in two spots (one in an unshielded area and
another in a shielded one.)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be everything that happens in the palm shielded area
to be properly. ignored.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
