rx_sdr frequency change

I am using rx_sdr with SDRPlay and csdr. For now I have very good results but I can't change hardware frequency without restart rx_sdr.

I am not a C programmer. Is possible to change frequency and gain adding a pipe (as in csdr) and reading from this pipe f xxxxxxxxx and/or g xx?

Follow my rx_tools fork. I am planning to make this possible. Eventually resulting in a pull request to this repo.
