feat: Resize the application window based on the mouse position relative to its corner or side.

Sometimes I want to resize the window and free up space for another window or just clear some part of the desktop, but currently, if it is on the left side, I am forced to resize and after that, move the window. It may be very handy. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. As a third party developer, there's only one mechanism to resize windows, and unfortunately if that is used to resize windows at a different corner, the window will resize in a jerky way that I find really annoying. That's why I haven't added this in.
