Window Throw without modifier key?

Is it possible that a Keyboard Shortcut just activates on the window the mouse is currently on without the need for a modifier key? I'm migrating from Divvy and that's the default functionality.

Thanks for asking and for looking to migrate from Divvy. I don't have plans to add this functionality at this time, but might consider it if it's in high demand.
