Option for moving window to the monitor with the mouse on it, when resizing
I’m currently trying out Multitouch as a lightweight alternative to BetterTouchTool. The one thing I’m missing from my BTT setup is the possibility to move the resized window to the monitor the mouse cursor is currently on. This made my workflow in my multi-monitor setup so much smoother. E. g. my smaller macbook monitor is my screensharing monitor and I often want to quickly transfer and maximize a window to it, to share it with my colleagues.
IMHO this could be a single on/off switch in the settings, that then affects all the resizing shortcuts at once. No need to overcomplicate things.
Thanks for the feedback. So that I'm sure I understand, would that mean that all window management shortcuts will send a window to the display that the cursor is on? As in, executing left half would result in the frontmost window being moved to the left half of the display the cursor is on.
You've got it exactly right. It should of course be an opt-in, otherwise it would totally confuse unsuspecting users.
