Ffmpeg not found in NvidiaShield (android)

Hello,

I have this issue : "m3u8 download detected but ffmpeg or avconv could not be found" on my shield with using 'scritpt.module.youtube.dl'.

I check and there is some tutorial to install ffmpeg android build on the rooted device. I don't want to root it. Do you know some tutorial to use YTDL -> FFMPEG on android device not rooted ?
