Monitoring support

Support for Prometheus or other metrics/insights would be greatly appreciated. Maybe also (integrated in) a Dashboard together with https://github.com/rustic-rs/rustic_scheduler/issues/4

A solution that spans over several binaries might be most reasonable here. Like a general (Web?) UI and numerous tools (e.g. rustic, rustic-server, rustic-scheduler) can stream identifiable (WRT to the app they are coming from) messages to the UI backend, the backend then processes and forwards that information to the frontend.
