Rustdesk shows workstation offline when its screen is off

Describe the bug you encountered: Most of our workstations in the studio turn their screens off after 10 min. That's standard and recommended Windows behavior. At that point, Rustdesk can no longer connect to that workstation showing it offline.
...
What did you expect to happen instead? Since the workstations is not offline, just its screen is off, Rustdesk shouldn't declare that workstation offline and just connect to it. ...
How did you install RustDesk?
Downloaded and executed this file: https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/releases/download/1.1.9/rustdesk-1.1.9-x64.exe
RustDesk version and environment
1.1.9. Windows 10 fully updated, both on the remote and local computers.
I am having the same issue all of a sudden. I came here looking to see if there was an issue or not.
I have Windows10pro. I don't have this issue. Rustdesk works fine even after screen turns off. Check Network, Sleep, Power Plan settings in your OS.

I guess I did have the same issue this morning that it shows multiple times that it was offline, but AnyDesk didn't have any issue. And after AnyDesk was connected I could also connect with RustDesk again. I'll keep an eye on it. Nightlies here.
it seems related to our 5$/month server overloaded lately.

this is a different issue. the "sleeping monitor" issue is present on selfhosting too.
Did anyone try uninstalling and reinstalling rustdesk on the problematic systems? Rule 1 - Turn it off and on.
我的也是一直有这个问题,自建服务端的

如果是 mac的话,在 id/password 下面 点击了 configure/install 后, 要重新设置一下 ID/Relay server, 因为它install 之后它清空了这个
@rustdesk Can I get a confirmation that this issue is solely the result of an overworked server?
This isn't be solved,Is it has any solutions or it is difficult toConquer
