rustdesk-server-pro How to Force-Delete Devices in RD Server

Is there a way to force a device to be deleted in RustDesk Server Pro? There are some devices left in my Devices list from a customer company that is no longer with my company. It looks like the option to delete them is not available as long as the RustDesk software is installed in the client computer. Am I right? Or is there a way to purge them off my RD server?

I faced same issue just now, the procedure is:

device has to go offline
you need to disable the device
once disabled, "Delete" button appears

Hi,

i hat a similar issue. There is a script which deletes Clients which have been offline for 1-x Days. You can find it here: #182 But the devices have to be offline for that to work. If you're somewhat familiar with Python you surely can remix that script to ignore the offline condition.
