Cannot request elevation at the control end

My users will not have the rustdesk client installed, and they do not have admin passwords, so I am trying to use Windows Portable Elevation.

I am following this guide here https://rustdesk.com/docs/en/client/windows/windows-portable-elevation/, and I want to use 'Request elevation at the control end' with 'Transmit the username and password of administrator'.

There is no 'Request Elevation' in my action menu:

Have I misconfigured my custom client in some way?
