Table format issue for [*-dependencies]

For [dev-dependencies] and [build-dependencies] the formatting of the table row is wrong.

Either there is one tab too much at the beginning or another | should be there.

@Darneas on which crate (if any) I can quickly reproduce this with? or if you have your Cargo.toml to copy your deps. thanks

Also which terminal emulation type. export output could be helpful as well as CLI options you used (just for clarity)
