multiboot2-header: Yanked all versions <= 0.4.0

As the changelog says, all versions prior 0.5.0 contain UB and are therefore considered unsafe. They have been marked as YANKED on crates.io.

In case this makes significant problems for some guys that can't easily upgrade to 0.6 or above, we can discuss solutions here.

We plan to close this issue/discussion by the end of the year.
