Cannot start AMD instance

This command does not work, even though I can launch the instance from the runpod website

runpodctl create pod --imageName runpod/pytorch:2.0.1-py3.10-rocm5.7-ubuntu22.04 --gpuType 'AMD Instinct MI300X OAM'
