Various improvements & fixes

  1. Bump A1111 to latest 1.9.3 release.
  2. Use A1111 installation scripts to install everything instead of installing manually.
  3. Removed redundant code.
  4. Properly implement libtcmalloc.
  5. Implemented xformers.
  6. Prevent spamming logs.
  7. Removed redundant requirements and only install runpod module.
  8. Switched default model to Deliberate v6 (previous model no longer exists on CivitAI).
