Hi, nice book - a very helpful resource. I have made few changes in the basics section to bring the key notation into line with the book's conventions.
The site http://vim.runpaint.org/ is down, and the book can not longer be accessed. The only workaround I can find is to read it here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/15648550/Vim-Recipes

Add rel="next" and rel="prev" to the navigation links. That would be very useful :)
It is annoying to have to croll down past the comment section to read the footnotes. They are related to the content on the page, not the comments so should...

In http://vim.runpaint.org/editing/managing-sessions/#comment-39534398 a recipe for the views feature is suggested.
It 'would be nice' if the footnote would show in a popup window that is shown then the mouse hovers over the number.
