Herblore is a "members-only" skill that allows players to make their own potions from herbs and various secondary ingredients..

Acceptance Criteria

Any criteria required to consider this new plugin or feature completed.

• [x] Allow the cleaning of grimy or unidentified herbs. Naming convention has yet to be determined. #261
• [ ] Allow cleaned herbs to be used on vials of water.
• [ ] Allow ingredients to be used on unfinished potions to create potions.
• [ ] Use correct animations while performing actions.
• [ ] Use correct sounds while performing actions.

Additional Information

The consumption of potions and their stat effects are not part of this implementation, that is a separate task.
