Aurora Step-by-Step instructions needed

Describe the bug Aurora should be added to the TOC in the database overview sections and details on how to set it up should be included in the using section. (The steps should be validated.)

  1. Shut down all instances of Rundeck,
  2. Download the driver add it to X folder,
  3. Update the rundeck-config.properties with the following settings,
  4. Restart the primary Rundeck server, 5. Restart the other cluster members

Providing the version number and a link to the driver is not detailed enough for customers to get Aurora going in their environment.
