html entities in the commands sent to bots

Sending commands to bots from the right-click menu causes ShakesPeer to be disconnected from the Hub.

From the logs:

Consider the last bit

&#36;<yeban> +absell sell test&#124;

And here's what other DC clients send (and which works)

$<yeban> +absell sell test|

Running ShakesPeer version 0.9.11 on OSX 10.8.4.
