Hublist Address in .xml format does not load

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Put Hublist Address as http://abc.def/ghi.xml
- Refresh Public Hubs
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected: List of hubs on the network Result: Failed to load hublist: bzRead failed with error code -5
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Version 0.9.10 on Mac OS X 10.5.5
Please provide any additional information below.

From [email protected] on November 22, 2008 14:27:25 The URL is from a website on the local network. It works on other dc clients, such as, Valknut. The URL is "http://navya.junta.iitk.ac.in/hublist.xml".
